Standard Capital Markets Limited announced that its promoters have infused additional funds into the company through an unsecured loan. Standard Capital Markets Limited has completed partial redemption of 20 secured non-convertible debentures worth Rs 2 crore on October 24, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the redemption at the request of the debenture holder. Each debenture had a face value of Rs 10 lakh, and the debentures were originally allotted on July 30, 2024. Following this partial redemption, 1,665 debentures remain outstanding. The redemption was conducted on a pro-rata basis upon receipt of receivables from pledged/charged securities, with an outstanding amount of Rs 166.5 crore plus interest remaining.
