Savani Financials Shareholders Approve Rs 500 Crore Borrowing Limit and Capital Increase at AGM

The company received approval for borrowing limits up to Rs 500 crores and an increase in authorized capital to Rs 100 crores. The meeting also approved the 'Savani Financials Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024' for eligible employees of the company and its subsidiaries, including grants equal to or more than 1% of issued capital to identified employees. Additionally, shareholders approved material related party transactions for FY 2025-2026, a change in the company name, and amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association. The company maintains a 100% secured lending portfolio focused on secured business loans and secured green loans.
