Shri Rajiv Gupta, an IIT Delhi engineering graduate with over 40 years of financial sector experience, serves as Chairman and holds 8,91,045 equity shares. Ms. Sumana Verma is his daughter and holds 75,350 equity shares, while Mr. Karun Pratap Hoon holds no equity shares in the company.
