Cupid Breweries Receives Open Offer Reminder for 9.6 Lakh Equity Shares at ₹71.80 Per ShareOct 31, 2025
Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Limited received a reminder advertisement from Saffron Capital Advisors regarding an open offer by acquirers Erramilli Venkatachalam Prasad and Rodrigues Bhagvandas Lily, along with person acting in concert Erramilli Rishab.
