Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited, a provider of mechanical splicing solutions, announced its financial results for H1 FY2026. Out of the 476 lakh IPO proceeds, 260 lakh was used for working capital, 205.88 lakh for general corporate purposes, and 10.12 lakh remains unutilized. The financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
