The company, which provides mechanical splicing solutions and rebar couplers to real estate and construction industries, has 10.12 lakh of unutilized IPO proceeds remaining in escrow account.
Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited's Board of Directors approved multiple key appointments during their September 6, 2025 meeting. The company appointed Krushang Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to member approval. Harsh P Chheda & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Vedant Mehta was designated as CFO and whole-time Director.
