VL E-Governance & IT Solutions Limited reported mixed financial results for H1 FY2026. Revenue from operations increased by 9.38% to ₹1,148.89 crore, but net profit declined by 88.04% to ₹17.04 crore compared to H1 FY2025. Q2 FY2026 saw a more significant decline with revenue decreasing by 59.25% and a net loss of ₹52.38 crore. The company appointed Mr. Parth Solanki as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 31, 2025.

VL E-Governance & IT Solutions Limited announced strong Q1 FY2025-26 results with revenue from operations increasing by 227.75% to ₹823.70 lakhs. Total income rose by 238.89% to ₹861.42 lakhs. Profit after tax grew by 13.25% to ₹69.42 lakhs. The company appointed Ms. Kalpana Srinivasan as the new Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Managing Director Sanjay Nandwana expressed satisfaction with the performance, attributing it to increased demand for their E-Governance and IT/ITES solutions in the B2B segment.
