Authum Investment Acquires 47.54% Stake in Prataap Snacks, Marking Major Ownership Shift
Authum Investment and Infrastructure Limited, along with Mahi Madhusudan Kela, has acquired a 47.54% stake in Prataap Snacks Limited for ₹846.60 crore. The deal, completed on February 25, 2025, involved purchasing shares from the previous promoter group at ₹746 per share through a Share Purchase Agreement and an Open Offer.
