Prajay Engineers Syndicate Reports Q1 FY2026 Loss, Appoints New Internal Auditor
Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited reported mixed Q1 FY2025-26 results. Standalone revenue increased to Rs 714.46 lakhs, but losses widened to Rs 230.27 lakhs. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 1,471.14 lakhs with losses narrowing to Rs 319.88 lakhs. Construction and Development segment revenue rose to Rs 1,204.18 lakhs, while Hospitality segment revenue increased to Rs 266.96 lakhs. The company appointed M Shanker as Internal Auditor and settled disputes with White Stock Limited and Belclare Limited. Arbitration with Telangana government is ongoing.
