Pradeep Metals has advanced its plans for establishing a defense manufacturing facility in Nagpur, with progress made in site selection. This strategic expansion represents the company's entry into defense sector manufacturing and diversification of its production capabilities.
Pradeep Metals Limited announced its Q1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue increased by 8.4% to ₹775.28 crores, while profit decreased by 20.4% to ₹556.54 crores compared to Q1 FY25. Standalone revenue grew by 12.8% to ₹734.09 crores, but profit fell by 20.6% to ₹463.41 crores. The closed die steel forging and processing segment generated ₹7,689.44 crores, while power generation contributed ₹139.44 crores. Export sales to US subsidiaries amounted to ₹250.85 crores.
Pradeep Metals Limited, a manufacturer of closed die steel forgings, reported robust Q4 financial results. Revenue increased by 13.58% to ₹840.50 crore, while net profit grew by 27.59% to ₹72.60 crore compared to the same quarter last year. The company's EBITDA rose to ₹121.80 crore with an improved margin of 14.49%. Pradeep Metals also recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share.
