The company's Board approved a ₹150 crore capacity expansion plan to be implemented over 18 months, increasing sheet metal capacity from 90,000 to 108,000 MT/year, machine hours from 648,000 to 720,000, and castings from 18,600 to 24,600 MT. The expansion will be funded through internal accruals and debt. Management noted strong demand from end-user industries and steady growth in exports, which contributed 31% to Q1 revenues.
