M.D.S. Infrastructure Acquires 7.80% Stake in Mega Nirman Through Warrant Conversion
M.D.S. Infrastructure Private Limited has acquired a 7.80% stake in Mega Nirman & Industries through warrant conversion. The company converted 20,00,000 warrants into equity shares, initially allotted on August 6, 2025, at Rs. 15 per warrant. This acquisition increased Mega Nirman's total equity share capital from Rs. 18,59,19,430 to Rs. 25,64,75,000, and the number of equity shares from 1,85,91,943 to 2,56,47,500. The acquisition was executed through a preferential allotment of warrants convertible to equity. M.D.S.
