Indian Hume Pipe Seals ₹559 Crore Land Deal with Godrej in Bengaluru
Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited (IHP) has sold approximately 10 acres of freehold land in North Bengaluru to Godrej SSPDL Green Acres LLP for ₹559.00 crore. The land, located in Venkatala Village, Yelahanka, spans 40,875.668 square meters. The sale deed was executed and registered on March 21, 2025, with the entire sale consideration received on the same day. IHP's Chairman & Managing Director, Rajas Doshi, stated that the sale was timed perfectly amid a favorable real estate market. The transaction was facilitated by Anarock Property Consultants and DSK Legal.
