Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Reports Net Loss of Rs 20.06 Lakhs in Q2 FY2026
Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited announced Q2 FY2026 results, reporting a net loss of Rs 20.06 lakhs, down 253.95% from a profit of Rs 13.03 lakhs in Q2 FY2025. Revenue from operations increased by 9.54% to Rs 343.88 lakhs. The loss is attributed to the closure of its Dombivali textile processing unit. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs 30.96 lakhs. The results were approved by the Board of Directors on November 10, 2025.
