Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited's Board of Directors has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹100 crores through private placement. The company will issue 1,000 NCDs with a face value of ₹10 lakh each. These NCDs are unlisted, secured, unrated, and redeemable.
