Embassy Developments has launched Embassy Origins, an 85-acre residential project in North Bengaluru, with the first phase carrying a gross development value of approximately ₹4,500 crore.
Project overview
Embassy Origins marks a large-scale residential development in North Bengaluru, spanning 85 acres. The project's first phase comprises two distinct components, Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve, together anchoring the overall development.
The development is built around a 'Natural Intelligence' design philosophy, integrating approximately 4,000 trees across 100–120 species. Designed by Bhumiputra Architecture, the masterplan features a central riparian corridor that follows natural water systems and contours to support biodiversity and create a cooler microclimate.

As part of the launch, the company unveiled one of India's first residential experience centres using immersion technology. Moving beyond traditional show suites, the centre uses projection mapping, soundscapes, and digital tools to convey the development's relationship with landscape and water.
Brand campaign
On September 18, 2026, the company launched a new brand campaign for Embassy Origins titled 'Natural Intelligence'. The campaign contrasts Artificial Intelligence with Natural Intelligence, positioning nature as a system of intelligence that shapes community design and human experience.
Emanda Vaz, Chief Marketing Officer, stated that the campaign shifts the traditional real-estate narrative by introducing the philosophy behind the place before the place itself. The rollout covers outdoor, social, digital and OTT platforms.
Discovery Centre
The campaign extends into the Embassy Origins Discovery Centre, designed by in-house teams and executed by Next Level Experiences. The centre offers a multi-sensory journey inspired by the riparian corridor and forest surroundings. It features immersive simulations, native plant fragrances, and sensory installations to bring the sights, sounds, scents, and textures of the development to life.
