ALL.SPACE, a provider of advanced satellite communications terminals, now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of York. The acquisition unites ALL.SPACE’s jam-resistant, multi-link terminal technology with York’s space infrastructure and mission operations capabilities to create a tactical ecosystem for assured communications and positioning across space, land, air, and maritime domains.
The combined capabilities address operational challenges in current conflicts where RF communications are often jammed, forcing forces to rely on fiber optic lines. York’s Mission Operations Command and Control capabilities provide the management layer for coordinating distributed, global theaters. ALL.SPACE’s Hydra Terminal Range delivers simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity across LEO, MEO, GEO, and HEO networks, ensuring resilient communications for platforms on the move in contested environments.
Dirk Wallinger, CEO of York, emphasized that the next generation of unmanned operations demands an integrated system built on the space layer. He noted that existing space systems were not designed for this mission, but York and ALL.SPACE are. Paul McCarter, CEO of ALL.SPACE, stated that the company was built to keep communications alive in conditions where failure is likely, and joining York provides the necessary infrastructure and customer relationships to deliver this capability.
Transaction Details
The acquisition structure includes both cash and equity components. ALL.SPACE recently redomiciled to the US and will continue to serve customers across defense and commercial markets.
