Evercore ISI Group analyst Greg Melich has maintained an In-Line rating on Floor & Decor Hldgs while adjusting the stock's valuation expectations. The firm raised the price target for the company to $60, an increase from the previous target of $51.

The revised price target reflects a reassessment of the company's stock value despite the unchanged In-Line rating. Floor & Decor Hldgs is listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol FND.

Floor & Decor opened its newest warehouse store and design center in Schererville, Indiana, on June 18, 2026, expanding its footprint of hard-surface flooring retail locations. The new store, located at 1516-30 U.S. 41, operates with a team of approximately 40 associates and is led by Store Chief Executive Merchant Michael Albro. The opening marks the debut of the company's 30-Day Grand Opening Celebration, featuring daily deals, giveaways, and special events through July 17, 2026.

The Schererville location adds to Floor & Decor's portfolio of more than 275 warehouse-format stores and five design studios nationwide. The retailer offers an in-stock assortment of tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, and natural stone flooring, along with decorative accessories and installation materials. At the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2026, the company operated 276 warehouse-format stores and five design studios across 39 states.

Grand Opening Celebration Details

The 30-day celebration includes a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on June 18 at 10 a.m. CDT, hosted in partnership with the Crossroads Chamber of Commerce. As part of the launch event, Cheesie's food truck provided free lunch for the first 200 customers. Additionally, from June 18 through June 24, 2026, all Installation Materials are available at a 15% discount exclusively at the Schererville location.

Throughout the five-week celebration, Floor & Decor will host a weekly $1,000 gift card giveaway. Customers can enter daily during each store visit to increase their chances of winning.
