York’s Mission Operations Command and Control capabilities provide the management layer for coordinating distributed, global theaters. ALL.SPACE’s Hydra Terminal Range delivers simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity across LEO, MEO, GEO, and HEO networks, ensuring resilient communications for platforms on the move in contested environments.

Dirk Wallinger, CEO of York, emphasized that the next generation of unmanned operations demands an integrated system built on the space layer. He noted that existing space systems were not designed for this mission, but York and ALL.SPACE are. Paul McCarter, CEO of ALL.SPACE, stated that the company was built to keep communications alive in conditions where failure is likely, and joining York provides the necessary infrastructure and customer relationships to deliver this capability.

Strategic Rationale

The integration aims to provide an integrated communications, coordination, and execution layer that keeps the warfighter connected where single-network systems cannot be relied upon. This includes support for unmanned systems operating at scale in GPS-denied theaters.
