Take Limited held its 25th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Parmeshvar Dhangare as a director and the appointment of new statutory and secretarial auditors.
