Springform Technology shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company’s name to Inertia Alu Tech Limited during its 46th annual general meeting held on September 18, 2026. The renaming is subject to approval from the Central Government.
The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, also saw members approve the adoption of audited standalone financial statements and the re-appointment of a director.
