The Board of Directors, chaired by Managing Director Girdhar Saboo, approved the unaudited financial results on July 30, 2026, at the company’s registered office in Jaipur. Total expenses stood at ₹686.56 lakh, down significantly from ₹864.77 lakh in the previous quarter. Cost of materials consumed was ₹859.53 lakh, while employee benefit expenses were contained at ₹4.02 lakh. Finance costs amounted to ₹14.61 lakh. The company reported other income of ₹1.24 lakh. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) were ₹0.82, compared to ₹0.62 in the corresponding quarter of the prior year.
