PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited opened a new exclusive brand store at Pacific Mall, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi, on October 20, 2026. The launch marks the company's continued expansion of its retail network in key metropolitan locations.

The store is located at Unit No. SH/WS/14 on the Ground Floor of Pacific Mall, situated near the MRTS Station and the DMRC Phase III Corridor. The inauguration took place at 4:00 pm.

PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited reported revenue from operations of ₹5,398 lakh for the second quarter of FY27, marking a 16.21% year-on-year increase from ₹4,645 lakh in the corresponding period last year.

The Pune-based retailer attributed the growth to sustained consumer traction and an expanding retail footprint. Despite typical seasonal moderation in Q2, the company noted that demand is expected to strengthen in the subsequent quarters, aided by the upcoming wedding and festive seasons.

Revenue and Channel Mix Performance

The company’s half-yearly performance also showed robust growth, with H1FY27 revenue reaching ₹8,420 lakh against ₹7,376 lakh in H1FY26, a 14.15% rise. A key driver of this trajectory has been the strategic shift toward Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs).

Retail Network Expansion

As of September 30, 2026, PNGS Gargi operated through 136 points of sale across 59 cities and 19 states in India. The company is progressively strengthening its EBO-led retail model, resulting in a moderation in reliance on the Shop-in-Shop (SIS) channel. This transition supported a steady increase in EBO sales, which contributed 18.30% of sales in H1FY27, compared to 12.06% in H1FY26.

What the Numbers Show

The data reveals a divergence between quarterly festive impact and structural channel growth. Q2FY27 recorded zero festive days compared to nine days of festive sales included in Q2FY26 revenue. Despite this absence of high-volume festive trading days, the company still achieved a 16.21% YoY revenue growth. This suggests that the underlying demand and the shift toward higher-contribution EBO channels are driving growth independent of seasonal spikes, providing a more stable baseline for future quarters.

Demand Outlook

Q2 typically remains a pre-festive planning period where consumers conserve cash ahead of key buying seasons. The company expects momentum to gain in Q3 and Q4, supported by Dussehra, Diwali, and year-end celebrations. The 45-day Dussehra and Diwali festive season historically generates the largest share of annual revenue for the retailer.
