The acquisition was completed on May 22, 2026, for a cash consideration of EUR 10,000. The new subsidiary has been formed to expand the company's technology services footprint in the Europe region.

PerSys Estonia OÜ was incorporated in April 2026 and is headquartered in Estonia. The entity operates within the Information Technology and Information Technology-enabled services sector. Following the acquisition, PerSys Estonia OÜ has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Aepona Group Limited.

The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction. The Promoters and Promoter Group of Persistent group entities do not hold any interest in the said acquisition. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the completion of this deal, which was effective immediately upon signing.
