Pelatro Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 05, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Consolidated EBITDA (excluding exceptional items) for FY26 stood at Rs. 3,147.55 lakhs. An exceptional item of Rs. 167.78 lakhs was recognised in Q3 FY26, representing an additional gratuity provision arising from the New Labour Codes notified by the Government of India on November 21, 2025, which consolidated twenty-nine existing labour laws.
