Ms. Mohanty is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre (2005 batch). She currently serves as Joint Secretary (Personnel & Coordination) in the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production. Prior to this role, she held the position of Joint Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office. She also serves as a Government Nominee Director on the Board of Bharat Electronics Limited.

Regulatory Compliance

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company confirmed that Ms. Mohanty is not disqualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013, nor debarred by any SEBI order.

Ms. Mohanty will not draw sitting fees, commission, or remuneration from the company. The remote e-voting period remains unchanged, with Item No. 9 available for remote e-voting and voting during the AGM.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date is fixed as Wednesday, September 23, 2026. This date determines eligibility for the final dividend for FY26, if declared during the meeting. Only members holding shares as on this cut-off date are entitled to vote.

The electronic copy of the AGM notice, voting instructions, and the Annual Report for FY26 were dispatched via email on September 8, 2026, to registered members. Shareholders can also download these documents from the company website, NSDL’s e-voting portal, or the stock exchanges’ websites.
