Lightbridge Corporation (NASDAQ: LTBR) announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Seth Grae will participate in two industry events during the week of June 16, 2026, to engage with the investment community and the nuclear sector. The company is focused on developing advanced nuclear fuel technology essential for delivering zero-emission energy and enhancing energy security.

Grae is scheduled to attend the Jefferies Houston Power Conference in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. During this event, he will participate in one-on-one meetings with institutional investors to discuss the company's strategic initiatives and technology developments.

On Thursday, June 18, 2026, Grae will speak at the 2026 Virginia Is For Nuclear Summit, hosted by the Virginia Nuclear Energy Consortium at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He is set to appear on the closing panel titled "Key Takeaways and Opportunities for Virginia" from 3:20 to 4:10 p.m. ET.
