These technologies form the foundation of the ThinQ AI Universe, an autonomous, hyper-connected, and deeply personalized spatial operating system designed to learn household routines and eliminate everyday friction.

The company detailed a three-phase evolutionary roadmap for the ThinQ platform. Phase 1 focused on reactive automation via smartphone-based remote control and basic troubleshooting. Phase 2 introduced continuous adaptability through ThinQ UP, allowing over-the-air updates for personalized performance, and ThinQ Care for proactive maintenance guidance. Phase 3, the Orchestrated Universe, utilizes the generative AI-enabled ThinQ ON hub integrated with Athom's open ecosystem, Homey, to support over 50,000 devices across hundreds of brands.
