JSL Industries Q1 Results: Net profit up 7.5% YoY to ₹42.81 lakh
JSL Industries posted a 7.5% YoY net profit increase to ₹42.81 lakh in Q1FY26, aided by a 19.1% revenue surge to ₹1,452.29 lakh. However, EBITDA fell 12.9% due to rising material costs. Fair value gains on equity investments boosted comprehensive income significantly.

JSL Industries reported a net profit of ₹42.81 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, rising 7.5% from ₹39.82 lakh in the corresponding period of FY25. The capital goods manufacturer saw revenue from operations expand 19.1% year-on-year to ₹1,452.29 lakh, up from ₹1,219.47 lakh in Q1FY25.
Despite the top-line growth, operating profitability faced headwinds. EBITDA declined 12.9% to ₹55.65 lakh from ₹48.46 lakh a year ago. This divergence between revenue and operating profit was primarily driven by a sharp rise in cost of materials consumed, which jumped 46.1% to ₹1,180.18 lakh from ₹808.06 lakh in Q1FY25.
The Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results on August 13, 2026. Statutory auditors Talati & Talati LLP issued a limited review report, stating nothing came to their attention to suggest the results contain material misstatement.
