Jet Freight Logistics Limited has secured shareholder approval to re-appoint its top leadership for a three-year term following a postal ballot process concluded on May 28, 2026. The resolutions sought the re-appointment of Mr. Richard Francis Theknath as Managing Director and Chairman, and Mr. Dax Francis Theknath as Whole-time Director, along with the fixing of their remuneration. The approvals were secured through a special resolution passed via remote e-voting, ensuring continuity in the company's executive management structure.
