Intellect Design Arena secured two major honours at the second edition of the ET Enterprise AI Awards 2026. The company's Open Business Impact AI Platform, Purple Fabric, won "Best AI Development Platform". Chairman & Managing Director Arun Jain was recognised as "Indian CEO Driving AI Innovation".

The awards followed an evidence-led evaluation process assessing entries on demonstrated results, innovation, and client adoption. The jury comprised senior leaders from organisations including UIDAI, Razorpay, HCL, NITI Aayog, SoftBank Group, Bharti Airtel, and the Reserve Bank of India.

Strategic recognition

Arun Jain's award acknowledges his role in advancing India-built enterprise AI globally. As Chief Architect of Purple Fabric, he has focused on shifting organisations from generic AI experimentation to contextual, governed intelligence aligned with business outcomes.

Purple Fabric addresses challenges like fragmented knowledge and isolated automation. It integrates enterprise knowledge, domain expertise, model choice, and governance within a unified framework to help operationalise AI with greater relevance.

Intellect extended the platform by introducing MSOCK (Multi-Dimensional, Multi-Layer System of Connected Knowledge). Launched at Global Fintech Fest 2026, MSOCK is an AI-native engineering system designed to help AI understand business intent and institutional knowledge before executing change. Its 21-Dimension Visual Spatial Graph creates a computable representation of enterprise knowledge, supporting a shift from coding-led to cognitive engineering.

Arun Jain HUF acquired 10,000 shares of Intellect Design Arena through an off-market gift transaction on September 15, 2026.

The acquisition was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquirer belongs to the promoter group.

Shareholding Changes

Prior to the transaction, Arun Jain HUF held 21,09,108 shares, representing 1.504% of the total share and voting capital. Following the acquisition of 10,000 shares, the total holding decreased to 20,99,108 shares, or 1.497% of the diluted voting capital.

No encumbrances, warrants, or convertible securities were involved in the transaction.

Capital Structure

Intellect Design Arena's equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹70,08,78,390, divided into 14,01,75,678 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each. The total diluted share capital also remained constant following the transaction.
