The meeting, chaired by Chairman and Executive Director Pushkar Khurana, saw the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26. The statutory auditors, Suresh Surana & Associates LLP, issued reports with no qualifications, reservations, or adverse remarks. Additionally, the secretarial auditor’s report was clean, allowing the Company Secretary to bypass reading these documents in full.
