Engineers India Limited has scheduled its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday, September 18, 2026. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY26. The company also reminded shareholders to update their KYC details to ensure timely electronic dividend payments.
