Borosil Limited has appointed four executives as Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) effective July 13, 2026, strengthening its leadership team across operations, strategy, and governance. The Board of Directors approved the appointments based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee during a meeting held on July 13, 2026. The meeting commenced at 02:05 p.m. and concluded at 02:35 p.m.

The newly appointed SMPs include Mr. Ritesh Kumar, Senior Vice President; Mr. Manoj Tiwari, Vice President – Operations (Appliances & Flasks); Mr. Dev Rishi Bhatnagar, Vice President & Cluster Head - Jaipur Operations; and Mr. Pradeep Joshi, Associate Vice President – Secretarial. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Executive Profiles

Mr. Ritesh Kumar has been associated with the company for over 19 years, bringing expertise in sales, marketing, distribution, and operations. He holds an MBA Degree from IIMT, Greater Noida, and has completed the Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Manoj Tiwari, with over 13 years of tenure, has played a key role in scaling product categories such as appliances and vacuum-insulated flasks. He holds a B.Tech. Degree from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and has also completed the Senior Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Dev Rishi Bhatnagar brings over 36 years of experience in manufacturing and operations. Previously, he served as Vice President – Operations at Hamilton Housewares Pvt. Ltd. and held leadership roles at Lifelong India Ltd., Bright Brothers Ltd., and Whirlpool of India Ltd. He holds a B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Pradeep Joshi has over 25 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and governance. He formerly served as Chief General Manager (Company Law) & Company Secretary at JK Paper Limited and as Associate Vice President (Secretarial) at Welspun Corp Limited. He is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Diploma in Business Management from IGNOU, an LL.B., and a Bachelor of Science degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.

Appointment Details

Borosil Limited has commissioned its new manufacturing unit in Rajasthan, commencing commercial production of vacuum insulated stainless-steel flasks, bottles, and containers. The facility began operations on two double-wall lines on June 30, 2026, marking a significant expansion in the company's production capabilities for insulated drinkware.

Production Capacity and Expansion

The Rajasthan unit is currently operational with two double-wall production lines. A third double-wall line is expected to commence commercial production during Q2 FY 2026-27. This phased expansion is being executed through the company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Stylenest India Limited, as part of a structured strategy to scale output.
