Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has entered a technology association with the Mahesh Babu Foundation to deploy its AI-integrated BluHealth platform for community healthcare initiatives. The partnership marks the company’s expansion into preventive screening through the launch of the GMB Life application.

The agreement, disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, involves no shareholding or related-party transaction. Blue Cloud will provide the technology infrastructure while the Foundation leverages its network for outreach.

GMB Life App Launch

On August 31, 2026, the parties launched GMB Life on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The application offers contactless, camera-based wellness screening using standard smartphones. It generates indicative readings for heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability, stress index, cardiac workload, body mass index, and vascular age without requiring wearables or medical devices.

The platform is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration and endorsed by the Indian Medical Association and the Commonwealth Medical Association. Outputs are designed for general wellness awareness rather than clinical diagnosis.

Future Roadmap: Healthcare Kiosks

As a subsequent phase, Blue Cloud and the Foundation plan to establish BluHealth-enabled healthcare kiosks at selected locations. These kiosks will facilitate contactless scans followed by consultations with local doctors or tele-consultations. Screening records will link to user profiles to enable follow-up care and targeted health camp deployment. Specific locations and timelines remain unfinalised.

Strategic Context

Blue Cloud reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY26, representing a 26% year-on-year increase. The company operates across nine countries, delivering sovereign AI platforms, digital infrastructure, telecom, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology to governments and enterprises.

What the Numbers Show

While the current association is not expected to have a material financial impact in the current fiscal year, it establishes a reference deployment for BluHealth in the consumer segment. This aligns with the company’s broader revenue growth trajectory, diversifying its portfolio beyond traditional enterprise contracts into high-volume community health applications.
