On a consolidated basis, net sales reached Rs 25,291.91 lakhs for the quarter versus Rs 23,527.36 lakhs last year. For the half-year period, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 45,896.71 lakhs compared to Rs 46,651.25 lakhs in the previous year. The company's earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 0.32 on both standalone and consolidated basis. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed by statutory auditors who issued an unmodified review report.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions reported quarterly results showing revenue of 2.5 billion rupees compared to 2.35 billion rupees in the previous quarter. Net profit increased to 154 million rupees from 144 million rupees quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA rose to 238 million rupees from 212 million rupees, though EBITDA margin declined to 9.42% from 10.29% in the previous quarter.
BlueCloud Softech Solutions Limited has been empaneled as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Partner for BSNL Tamil Nadu Circle to provide Internet Leased Line services. The empanelment is valid for five years and operates on a revenue-sharing basis with ratios ranging from 70:30 (BlueCloud:BSNL) based on monthly revenue. Under the agreement, BlueCloud will design, supply, deploy, operate and maintain 5G RAN, Edge CORE, radio access equipment and Customer Premises Equipment, while BSNL will provide infrastructure, spectrum, and handle billing. The company will expand its 5G services to Tamil Nadu in addition to existing Andhra Pradesh operations. Phase-1 technology trials at BSNL Exchange Mindi, Visakhapatnam showed positive progress with desired throughput performance within QoS benchmarks. The Indian 5G FWA market is projected to grow at over 35% CAGR with revenues expected to surpass ₹12,500 crore by 2027. BlueCloud, established in 1991, operates across multiple countries including India, UK, US, UAE, Israel, France, Singapore, and Tanzania, focusing on AI-driven enterprise solutions and cybersecurity.
