Black Box Limited has scheduled a series of one-on-one and group meetings with analysts and institutional investors in Mumbai and virtually over four days in late September 2026.

The company disclosed the schedule pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Officials will engage with representatives from Anand Rathi Institutional Equities, Nomura, PhillipCapital, and Arihant Capital.

Promoter group votes were declared invalid for this resolution as Essar Telecom Limited was considered interested in the agenda.

Capital Restructuring: Shareholders approved the reclassification of existing authorized share capital and consequent alterations to the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Both resolutions passed with 99.86% support, indicating strong alignment on corporate governance and capital structure changes.
