The strategic hire aims to extend the California state-chartered bank’s deposit and treasury management capabilities to homeowners associations (HOAs) and their management companies, adding diversification to its deposit franchise. The new HOA Banking Solutions unit will offer operating and reserve accounts, streamlined dues and assessment collection, and reserve management services. Kimberly Bohn joins as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HOA Banking Solutions, tasked with leading and building the new team. Chris Lucas joins as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer for the same vertical. Lucas will lead business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationships.
