SMC Credits Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, showing revenue of Rs. 922.23 lakhs and profit from ordinary activities of Rs. 875.93 lakhs for the quarter. The company also filed a statement confirming no deviation in the utilization of funds raised through its December 2022 rights issue, with Rs. 1,125 lakhs allocated for augmenting capital base fully utilized as planned.
SMC Credits Limited reported net profit of Rs 2,206.72 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 123.53 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income increased to Rs 2,613.29 lakhs from Rs 222.14 lakhs year-on-year. The Board approved appointment of Kumar Ashwani & Associates as statutory auditors for three years, subject to shareholder approval. The company scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 8.81 from Rs 0.49 in the previous year quarter.
