IDream Film Infrastructure Company Limited (formerly Softbpo Global Services Limited) received BSE in-principle approval on May 08, 2026, for a preferential issue of 40,00,000 equity shares to Promoters for cash and 26,64,03,280 equity shares to Promoters and Non-Promoters for consideration other than cash. Both tranches are priced at par, with a face value of Rs. 10/- per share.
