CA Magnum Holdings has encumbered its entire 45.39 crore shares (74.55% stake) in Hexaware Technologies under a share charge agreement with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited as security agent for facilities aggregating up to $1.255 billion. The borrowed amount will be used to refinance existing financial indebtedness and make certain payments under the amended facilities agreement effective from November 17, 2025.
