Hexaware Technologies announced three key senior management appointments. Hariharan Srinivasan, Executive Vice President - HR, will serve as interim Chief People Officer starting November 16, 2025, replacing Nita Nambiar who ceases to be CPO on November 15, 2025. Nambiar resigned to pursue other career interests. Siddharth Dhar, President and head of Digital IT Operations, will additionally head the AI Practice effective October 14, 2025. Eravi Gopan has been appointed as President and head of Hi-Tech Vertical effective October 20, 2025. Srinivasan brings 30 years of HR experience in workforce planning and employee engagement. Dhar has over two decades of experience in technology and digital transformation, focusing on AI operations and automation. Gopan is a global technology executive with over 25 years of experience in building high-growth businesses and holds degrees from CUSAT and NITIE/IIM Mumbai.
Three companies have set October 9 as the last trading day for investors to purchase shares and qualify for announced dividends, with ex-date falling on October 10. Hexaware Technologies declared an interim dividend of 575%, equivalent to Rs 5.75 per share. Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers announced a final dividend of 13.2%, amounting to Rs 1.32 per share. Sacheta Metals declared an interim dividend of 2.5%, translating to Rs 0.05 per share. Investors purchasing shares on or after October 10 will not be entitled to receive these dividend payouts.
Hexaware is facing a $500 million lawsuit in the United States filed by Natsoft Corp for patent infringement. The legal action represents a significant financial exposure for the company.
