GRP Limited has commenced commercial production at its new crumb rubber manufacturing unit in Solapur, Maharashtra on March 24, 2025. The facility, built with an investment of ₹25 crore, has an annual production capacity of 31,875 metric tonnes. Financed through ₹18 crore in borrowings and ₹7 crore from internal accruals, the expansion aims to meet growing demand in industries such as reclaim rubber production, tyre manufacturing, and road surfacing.
