Globus Power Generation Limited Appoints New Directors and Approves Q2 Results
Globus Power Generation Limited has made significant changes to its Board of Directors and approved its quarterly financial results. The company appointed Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar as a Non-Executive Women Independent Director for a 5-year term and Mr. Amitabh Tandon as a Non-Executive Additional Director, both effective from August 31. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors.

Globus Power Generation Reports Zero Revenue, Narrows Losses in Q1; Appoints New Directors
Globus Power Generation reported zero revenue for Q1 but narrowed its net loss to Rs. 3.98 lakhs from Rs. 16.39 lakhs year-over-year. The company re-appointed two independent directors, Mr. Thamattoor Prabhakaran Nair and Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar, for five-year terms. Mr. Sunil Rai was appointed as a new Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The board also approved preparations for the 40th AGM and appointed scrutinizers and e-voting service providers.
