Pioneer Heat Holdings Berhad shares traded at RM0.325 per share by 10 am on September 17, 2026, marking a 30% premium over its initial public offering price of RM0.25. The mechanical engineering services provider successfully debuted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The stock opened at RM0.255 per share before climbing further in early trading. Pioneer Heat is listed under the stock name "PIONEER" and stock code "0471".

Expansion Plans
The proposed New Sendayan HQ is expected to comprise an administrative office, warehouse and workshop to service customers in the Central region. Planned capabilities include fabrication works for pipe spools and pipe structures, hydrotesting works, heat treatment services and valve servicing.
Meanwhile, the New Sarawak Office aims to enhance the Group's presence in East Malaysia. The facility will provide larger space for fabrication activities, storage of materials and machinery, and support the undertaking of larger mechanical engineering projects in the region.
Business Overview
Pioneer Heat provides mechanical engineering services, covering piping system engineering and related specialised services such as heat treatment, flange management and non-destructive testing (NDT). The Group supports the full lifecycle of industrial plants, including new plant construction, ongoing operations, maintenance, scheduled turnarounds and refurbishment projects.
With operating roots dating back to 1997, the company has approximately 29 years of experience serving customers mainly across the oil and gas, petrochemical, utility and manufacturing industries.
