At the 47th ALA Governing Council Meeting, Justice Lee Seiu Kin presented findings from the Crossroads 2.0 Working Group. The group identified priority areas for harmonisation including commercial laws, cross-border insolvency, alternative dispute resolution and emerging fields such as the digital economy and artificial intelligence.
