Mrs. Shuba Kumar holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras, an MS from MIT, and an MBA from Stanford University. She brings over 28 years of leadership experience in operations, quality management, mergers & acquisitions, and international business across the automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor sectors. She is currently the Managing Director of Natesan Synchrocones Pvt. Ltd., where she led the establishment of a DSIR-recognized R&D centre and the company's expansion into aerospace. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of India Motor Parts & Accessories Limited (IMPAL).

The company confirmed that Mrs. Shuba Kumar is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other authority.
