Vitalist Inc. has entered a strategic partnership with Health-e Insights LLC to expand the deployment of its Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform across clinical workflows. The agreement, effective June 14, 2026, integrates Vitalist's wearable-enabled monitoring solutions with Health-e Insights' clinical care coordination and patient engagement services. This collaboration aims to provide healthcare providers with predictive, actionable insights to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.

Under the terms of the Program License Agreement, Vitalist and its subsidiaries will deploy their RPM platform to support Health-e Insights' clinical operations. The partnership combines Health-e Insights' expertise in care management with Vitalist's advanced algorithms, which passively and non-invasively monitor Activities of Daily Living in real-time. By tracking critical indicators, the platform enables early intervention and proactive care.
