However, total income rose to ₹1,066.7 lakh from ₹868.3 lakh, driven by a significant increase in other income to ₹613.7 lakh from ₹360.2 lakh. This included interest income of ₹325.8 lakh and rental income of ₹64.1 lakh. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹949.3 lakh, down from ₹1,046.8 lakh in FY25.

• Approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26.
• Re-appointment of Nalini Vijaybhai Shah as Whole-time Director, who retires by rotation.

• Approval of material related-party transactions with subsidiaries and associates, including Prernamount Infrabuild LLP (up to ₹55 crore), Prerna Solitaire Infra LLP (up to ₹10 crore), and Somprerna Solitaire Buildcon LLP (up to ₹10 crore).
