The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction. The Promoters and Promoter Group of Persistent group entities do not hold any interest in the said acquisition. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the completion of this deal, which was effective immediately upon signing.

This structured methodology aims to move organizations from fragmented experimentation to disciplined, outcome-led AI execution.

According to the study, primary barriers to AI success are organizational and operational rather than technological. The framework enables enterprises to identify readiness gaps early, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and strengthen data and governance foundations. Persistent is currently leveraging this framework in client engagements to refine its application through continued academic-industry dialogue.
