What the Numbers Show
The divergence between topline growth and bottomline contraction highlights margin pressure in a competitive logistics environment. While revenue expanded significantly, driven by a major airfreight mandate and sustained sea freight volumes, operating expenses rose faster at ₹2,221.29 lakh against ₹1,561.65 lakh in FY25. Additionally, a one-time gratuity provision of ₹27.49 lakh and higher employee remuneration weighed on profitability. Conversely, the company strengthened its balance sheet by repaying all long-term property loans, closing the year with zero long-term debt.
Dividend and AGM Details
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. This marks the first dividend since the company’s listing on the BSE SME platform. Shareholders on record as of September 18, 2026, will be eligible to receive the payout.
Corporate Governance Updates
The AGM will also address the re-appointment of Managing Director Animesh Kumar, who retires by rotation. Additionally, shareholders will vote on a special resolution to revise the remuneration of Whole-time Director Mrs. Shalini Abhiuday Verma. Her monthly remuneration will increase from ₹4 lakh to ₹6 lakh effective October 1, 2025, along with an annual performance bonus equivalent to one month's salary. For FY26, her total remuneration aggregated to ₹64 lakh, including a one-time performance bonus of ₹4 lakh.
Animesh Kumar signed the intimation regarding the AGM schedule in a letter dated August 31, 2026.
